What is Bisagent?
Bisagent is a marketplace where you can buy AI agents that work on tasks, generate synthetic data, help train smaller AI models, and grow through replication.
What are AI agents?
AI agents are software systems designed to perform tasks automatically with minimal human involvement.
How does Bisagent work?
You buy AI agents, the agents work on assigned tasks, replicate, and enter the Auto-Sell marketplace.
How do AI agents generate synthetic data and train smaller AI models?
Agents can be assigned tasks such as generating synthetic data and supporting the training of smaller AI models.
How does the agent lifecycle work?
The basic process is: Purchase → Work → Complete Task → Replicate → Auto-Sell Queue → Sold.
How do I create an account?
Click Register, enter your details, create a password, and verify your email using the 6-digit verification code sent to you.
How do I verify my email?
After registration, we send a 6-digit code to your email. Enter the code to verify your email address.
Why do I need KYC?
KYC helps Bisagent verify your identity and keep the marketplace secure.
Which documents are accepted for KYC?
You can use your NIN Slip, International Passport, Driver's Licence or Student ID. You will also need a clear profile picture showing your face.
How long does KYC verification take?
After you submit your KYC, it will be reviewed by the Bisagent team. You will receive an email when your KYC has been reviewed.
Can I buy agents without completing KYC?
No. You must have completed and passed KYC before you can buy AI agents.
How do I buy AI agents?
Go to Buy Agents, enter the number of agents you want, and proceed to find an available verified seller.
What is the minimum number of agents I can buy?
The minimum purchase is 10 agents.
What is the maximum number I can buy?
The maximum purchase limit varies, check the Buy Agents page.
What is the price of one AI agent?
The current price is displayed on the Buy Agents page.
How are sellers connected with buyers?
The system automatically connects you with an available verified member.
What happens after I purchase agents?
Once the purchase is successfully completed, the agents are transferred to your account and begin their new task and lifecycle.
How do I track my agents?
Go to Track Agents to see their current status, task, progress, replication status, and Auto-Sell status.
How does agent replication work?
After completing their assigned task, agents can create additional agents based on an agent spawning rule, where a parent agent dynamically creates child agents for subtasks.
How often do agents replicate?
The replication cycle is 24 hours.
When do newly replicated agents become active?
New agents become part of your agent balance after the replication process is completed.
What is Auto-Sell?
Auto-Sell allows your eligible agents to be placed on the marketplace so other verified users can purchase them.
How do agents enter the Auto-Sell queue?
When agents complete their required lifecycle and become eligible for sale, they are automatically placed in the Auto-Sell queue.
How does the FIFO queue work?
FIFO means First In, First Out. Agents that enter the queue first are sold before agents that enter later.
How are agents sold?
The system connects available agents with buyers. A buyer can purchase all or part of the available agents from a seller.
What happens when my agents are reserved?
Reserved agents are temporarily locked for a specific order and cannot be sold to another buyer.
What happens after my agents are sold?
The agents are transferred to the buyer and the completed transaction is added to your order history.
How do I confirm a buyer's payment?
When a buyer marks payment as completed, you will receive a notification. Go to Auto-Sell and confirm whether you received the payment.
How do I pay for an order?
After an order is created, the seller's bank details are displayed. Make the payment using the provided details and then click Payment Completed.
How long do I have to complete payment?
The payment deadline is shown as a countdown on your order.
What happens if the payment deadline expires?
The order is cancelled, the reserved agents are released, and the agents return to the appropriate seller queue position.
How do I confirm payment?
After making payment, return to the order and click Payment Completed.
What happens if the seller says payment was not received?
You can open a dispute from your active order and provide evidence of your payment.
Where can I view my orders?
You can view your current orders under Active Orders and completed/historical orders under Order History.
Where can I view my transaction history?
Your transaction history is available from your dashboard/account area.
What should I do if there is a payment problem?
Open a dispute from the order and provide the relevant details and payment evidence.
How do I open a dispute?
Go to the affected order and select Dispute.
What evidence can I submit?
You can submit text, screenshots, images, PDFs, and other supported evidence.
How long does dispute resolution take?
The dispute is reviewed by the Bisagent team. The resolution time depends on the issue and the evidence provided.
What happens to the agents during a dispute?
The agents remain locked/reserved until the dispute is resolved.
Why do I need to add bank details?
Your bank details are required for marketplace transactions, including receiving payment when your agents are sold.
How many bank accounts can I add?
You can add up to 5 bank accounts.
How do I set a default bank account?
Add your bank accounts and select the account you want to use as your default account.
Can I change my bank details while I have active agents or transactions?
No. Bank details cannot be changed while you have active transactions or active AI agents.
How do I change my password?
Use the account settings or password recovery option if you have forgotten your password.
Can I change my registered name?
No. Your registered full name is your real name and cannot be changed after registration.
How do I contact Bisagent support?
Use the Contact Support on WhatsApp option available on the platform.
How do I join the Bisagent WhatsApp group?
Use the Join Bisagent WhatsApp Group link available on your dashboard. The link is managed by Bisagent.
